1. Pick-up and drop-off
1.1 Pick-up and drop-off will be at your hotel accommodation (same hotel).
1.2 The quoted price is based on pick-up and drop-off locations within Taipei City/New Taipei City. For other cities, the price may vary. Please confirm the updated price with our customer service team.
1.3 If your tour starts from the airport, an additional airport pick-up service fee may apply.

2. Booking Requirements
2.1 For reservations made through TripAdvisor or Viator, bookings must be completed at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or airport pick-up service.

3. Peak Season Reservations
3.1 During peak seasons, we highly recommend making your reservations at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Bookings made less than 72 hours before the tour may not be guaranteed. To secure your preferred time slot, we encourage early booking.

4. Driver Assistance
4.1 Our driver is proficient in basic English and will assist you throughout the tour. They can help with photography, recommend restaurants, and provide guided support at ticket-free destinations to ensure a enjoyable and memorable experience.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions
5.1 The quoted price covers car rental with a driver, fuel, toll fees, parking fees, and the driver’s meals.
5.2 Please note that customer meals and entry fees to attractions are not included in the quoted price.

This was a great service. They communicated with me and were flexible as my flight got delayed by 3 hours. They were able to accommodate the delay so I didn't have to spend all that time at the airport.

This review is based primarily on the driver. The initial booking and communication from the company was great. They messaged me and gave me instructions when arriving at the airport and even put me in contact with the driver. However, on the day of arrival, the driver was late and not prepared. We had a group of 8 with 10 luggages. We made sure the luggages did not exceed the maximum size and count, as per the company’s communication with me. When the driver arrived, the trunk of the van had a car seat in the back which took up valuable space and made it difficult to fit all the luggages. I am not sure why a car seat would be there when I booked the booking for 8 adults. This just shows the lack of preparation. As instructed, I messaged the driver every step upon arrival at the airport, letting them know when we landed, when we were through immigration, when we were at baggage claim, and when we exited. It seemed like all of these updates did not matter because I expected the driver to be ready by the time we walked out. I thought the driver would be holding a sign with our name but that did not happen. Instead, we waited outside in the frigid cold for about 12 minutes for him to finally arrive. Even when he arrived, the driver was not warm or welcoming at all. The van was also pretty tight but understandably, I think that’s how all their vans are. I would not recommend using this for more than 6 people.
