Brilliant one day trip to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Both our tour guide and driver were absolutely brilliant from the moment we started until the moment we were dropped home. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Today I took part in the trip to Agra from Delhi from Atour. First advantage was the start of this trip - you can choose the time you like. Driver communicated with me via WhatsApp almost all the time, he came early and his car was air conditioned which was really useful because weather in summer is too hot for central European. Journey to Agra was around 3 hours, from Delhi there’s is highway so you can rest in the car comfortably. After arriving to Agra our guide (Bhoopi) was fully prepared. And he was professional - every question I asked was told in no time, told me lot of interesting stories, always was there for me and the biggest advantage was that he didn’t hurry (when I was taking my photos, he just waited and asked if I need help with something). I had plenty of time for myself so I can’t say I didn’t enjoy that. During my visit in India there was no better travel agency that Atour - flexible, always in touch, professional guide who spoke the language and kindly answered all my questions. Bhoopi was just amazing. If all guides in India were like him, I wouldn’t’ mind traveling everywhere. 10/10 - I can’t say anything negative!

Suraj , our tour guide reached out to me the day before to link and talk to me on what to expect, what times are the best to get photos and pre bok ticktes to the Taj Mahal, Agra fort and Fathepur sikri. He then met us the next morning with delicious homemade masala chai to start our day ( it was cold ) and made us feel comfortable. Our driver Mann was also amazing and ensured we had a smooth drive all through. We started the day by visiting the Taj Mahal and Suraj gave us very detailed historical significances as we passed through different areas of the Taj and helped us take some wonderful pictures at the best places with the best angles. He then took us to the Agra fort and did the same. We stopped for lunch at an amazing barbeque place that had delicious food and proceeded onto Fathepur sikri where we had a great time. Totally recommend Suraj and the tour company he works with if you decide to visit Agra and want to see all the places of historic significance and have a great time.
