The driver and guide never showed up at our scheduled time and place. Multiple messages went unanswered. Viator was also slow to respond to help. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

we recently visited to valparai , it was really amazing trip we had ever , the best part was the places which just chilling and felt complete , the roads are just okay to be carefull , the room we stayed VVV grand which is average but vale for money , but the good part we found one Auto man called Mr.Murali just an extortionary guy was genuine (6379-704140) if anyone need to explore you can take his help , charges were okay , he will also explain the best part of valparai
