Terrible!! Do not book through TripAdvisor!! It’s a total rip off. This tour is offered by locals for 5000 INR, TripAdvisor charges 13,000 INR for driving us around where each attraction is a few KM away. We paid for SUV, they sent us Sedan. There is no one to contact, the driver did not know anything about our reservation, said the company from Delhi contacted them to send us a Sedan. You have to pay entry fee for each attraction. Basically the 13,000INR is only for driving you around! Tour was supposed to be for 8 hours, it barely lasted 5 hours! BYCOTT TRIPADVISOR, THEY JUST RIP OFF PEOPLE!!! The worst tour ever!!! Not even worth 1000! Shame on you for cheating & fooling on foreigners!

The trip was nice! The driver was nice and helpful throughout the trip. The worst part was that we paid extra to get an SUV and it still wasn't provided. If it's not option why even suggest it?!

Our stay at Kings Cliff was truly wonderful, with the standout feature being the incredible staff. Every team member was exceptionally friendly and cooperative. One area for improvement, however, would be the kitchen equipment. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to invest in better equipment that keeps food warm, especially during the winter months. For example, adding a hot plate and microwave in the breakfast buffet area, along with other heating options, would help maintain food temperature. During breakfast, we noticed that the food often arrived cold, and the staff had difficulty keeping it warm. Additionally, the restaurant menu is limited to Continental, Chinese, and North Indian dishes—introducing some local specialties would add variety and enhance the dining experience.”l
