    I can't say enough good things about Pinnacle Adventures! We had a fantastic guide named Goodluck. He was very knowledgeable about all the animals, trees, etc. He also knew where to find the animals. He took very good care of our family for 6 days. He even had to call the lab to make sure we had our PCR tests back on time. If we ever make it back Tanzania we will definitely book with Pinnacle Adventures! Also, a special "shout out" to Issa our driver who took us to the airport. He waited in the parking lot for us for about 2 hours to make sure we boarded our plane back to Qatar. ( We were having some issues with our PCR tests, I told him that he could go but he still waited to make sure everything was OK)... We really appreciated that. Thank You, The Liam Family

    Wir hatten eine rundum-sorglos-Sarafi mit unserem Guide Adam. Von der Abholung am Flughafen über die Route bis hin zur kurzfristigen Umbuchung unserer Anschlussflüge nach Sansibar war alles top organisiert. Die Route war optimal an die Wetterverhätlnisse und Wanderrouten der Tiere angepasst. Die ausgewählten Hotels/Lodges waren alle super. Der Safari-Jeep war stets in einwandfreiem Zustand und stand jeden Morgen wieder geputzt und aufgeräumt für unser nächstes Abenteuer bereit. Unser Guide Adam ist sehr gut auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben viele Tiere gesehen, die wir ohne ihn nie entdeckt hätten. Nicht nur über die vierbeinigen Bewohner Tansanias haben wir Dank Adam einiges erfahren. Auch über Land und Leute hat er bereitwillig Auskunft gegeben - und das in fließendem Englisch und teilweise sogar auf Deutsch.

    Pinnacle started off on a great note. We initially emailed them about a different tour, but they advised us that a migration route may be good to go to as our timing was good for it. We appreciated the offer as we didn't really know much about it, and we are so glad we did! We had the most amazing time with our guide Thomas! It was a rocky start - the airport took hours to process everyone's pre-purchased eVisas, so poor Frazier had to wait 2 hours for us. He was still incredibly friendly despite all the trouble, and brought us to Arusha so that we can be briefed with our itinerary. Rosemary who was our email contact, was there and helped us out with understanding the next few days. They laid out meals for us despite our lateness and we were not rushed at all. We frequently apologized for all the trouble, so Frazier's mantra for the week with us was "hakuna matata". Thank you so much for everything.
