Achtung vor dieser Firma. Seka verspricht und verspricht. Kann aber nichts einhalten. Wir versuchen jetzt schon über ein Jahr unser Geld zurück zu fordern, aber so wie es aussieht wird es niemals bei uns wieder ankommen. Handynummer gibt es nicht mehr und auf E-Mails wird auch nicht mehr reagiert. Hier liegt ganz klar Betrug im großen Stil vor.

All of the other 1 star reviews are accurate. Seca was initially very helpful and responsive to my emails. I had to move my trip a few times due to covid, but now am finally going. I've sent 8 emails over the last 2 months trying to confirm my safari dates that I have already paid ~$1000 for and can not get an answer from Seca. I called the listed phone number and the generic recording said it was not reachable. I already have the time booked in Tanzania for this safari and now it seems I am out of luck and out of $1000.

Worst company ever ! They stole our money pretenting they had issue due to covid. First they asked for money and then they cancel the trip and never give back the money. Be very careful.
