5-Day Private Tour in a Luxury Lodge Safari in Tanzania

We booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, our guide Robert was excellent and we saw so many animals we thought there maybe some day we see nothing but every day we saw excellent sightings, we saw adult lions and leopards in trees, lion cubs, cheetah cubs, one day we saw 6 rhino! The guide you choose really matters and after discussing with others in the lodges we feel we saw a lot more than other people but there’s also a bit of luck involved. Robert is a great driver and super friendly, he even helped us find a few things on the way from local pharmacies to tanzanite and other souvenirs. The lodges were amazing especially Mayana view lodge and the Serengeti tented lodge. All the food on the trip was amazing and all people so friendly, the hot food and table setting was so much better than others we saw having cold packed lunches from boxes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or tour guide.

We just had a great 5 days tour visiting Tarangeti, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater National Parks. Everything was perfect. We saw all the Big 5 and much more. Special mention and thanks to Jacob, our guide and driver, who was extremely knowledgeable and had "super powers" in spotting animals and being always close to the action. We even saw a lion attacking a zebra, a very emotional scene. Geofrey, the owner of Meru Slopes was very fast and responsive in organising the safari for us. As we booked relatively late and had few flight options left, his reaction time was key in securing the flights and finalising the trip . We had upgraded to Serena and Kitela Lodges and we were very happy about accommodation, food and service. We had read all the positive reviews and can confirm they represent well our experience

I wanted to do something I had never experienced in my life, so I went on a safari tour for my honeymoon, and it was a very satisfying trip. We were in Tanzania for 8 days and 7 nights. I've been to Tarangari, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and Chamfer Hot Springs. What I was satisfied with even before the reservation was Goefrey's quick response, and it was so easy to plan and he took care of all the schedules from the airport to the airport just by informing him flight schedule. And Goefrey came to see us in person at the beginning and end of the trip and checked us carefully. The guide Daniel, who accompanied us on the 6-day private safari tour, is trustworthy, and it was touching that he would do anything if we told him what we wanted. But his greatest strength is his professionalism. If it weren't for him, I couldn't be sure that my trip would have been safe. Even though I didn't speak English well, he smiled at us and treated well I would recommend this company to anyone going on a safari tour!
