This very impressive Waterfall is one of the tallest in the area, spewing crystal clear glacier water 70m into its basin. The beautiful path leading to Materuni Waterfall is located 2500m above sea level It crosses valleys and hills covered by tropical rainforest, past coffee, banana and avocado “shambas”, the Kiswahili word for farms. You will get a local lunch then after you leave to chemka hot spring We'll get you from materuni after lunch and drive to chemka Hot spring. The road to the Hot Springs is very bumpy and windy, so driving takes more than 40 min. During the trip you can enjoy the wonderful scenery and see the authentic Tanzanian life. When we arrive at the Hot Springs you can swim, relax, eat your lunch and enjoy the sun. If you'd like, while you are swimming we can be preparing a barbecue for you.

The local food lunch was great. We sang songs at the coffee plantation. And the fish massage in the mineral water swimming pool Chemka was extremely funny. Mister T took us great pictures, was always on time and also is a great singer "Mambo bwana...". Surikat travel, this is our second travel with you - you're the best :) Asante Sana. :) Hakuna Matata :)

Ein toller Ausflug als Ergänzung zu unserer Safari. Beeindruckender Wasserfall, tolle Einführung in die lokale Kaffeeproduktion und entspanntes Baden in heißen Quellen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Denis war ein ausgezeichnet Guide! Am besten war der selbst produzierte Kaffee, den man am Ende verkostet hat.

Had a fun time with Mr.T for the day trip. We went to the waterfall, had an interactive experience in making coffee, and went to a hot spring afterwards for a good swim. He also took great pictures of us as well. Love the authentic lunch as well
