Great Migration Safari In Tanzania

Our guide, Mudy, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish we completely trusted his judgement and capacity. My girlfriend and I really like birding and he was exceptional at finding and ID’ing birds. Without him we wouldn’t have ID’ed anywhere close to the 220 birds we counted! We of course saw all the other incredible wildlife, which he knew all about as well. The lodges, food an parks were all just wonderful!

Serengeti safari and the hot air ballon experience was a sky high memories for me with a once-in-a lifetime view of the Great Migration and a breathtaking sunrise to remember . Aka Uncle T, our safari guide Thomas, was a special highlight for us. With his eagle-eye vision and determination to give us the best views possible, we were constantly in awe. Thomas was always eager to fulfill our requests for different angles and perspectives. Not only did he answer all of our questions about the animals, but he also shared interesting cultural facts about Africa. Thomas’ 15 years of experience as a safari guide and his exceptional driving skills made us feel safe and confident on our journey. He even took us to see a cheetah just 2 minutes from the migration camp on one of our late afternoons! Uncle T truly goes above and beyond to give his clients the most memorable experience. We highly recommend Thomas for his hard work, great work ethic, and friendly personality :)

Great safari trip, was a dream come true to see the animals with my own eyes and our driver/guide/animal whisperer, Thomas AKA Uncle T, made it all happen. He intuitively knows where the animals are and can spot them from over the horizon. Camps were nice, food was alright and all activities were well organized and streamlined. Next time we come to Tanzania we will definately choose Thomas and Savannah Explorers again! Best Safari Tanzania!
