Reliable pick up and drop off to and from the airport. Could improve by providing direct WhatsApp contact info for the driver. We had an issue contacting the driver who was late to give us a ride to the airport.

The taxi was in time and drove very safe and good. Th driver also helped me to find correct terminal (which was not obvious).

Wij hadden op voorhand transfer geboekt. Deze is niet komen opdagen. We kregen ons geld niet terug, omdat volgens hun ons vlucht vertraging had en dat niet hadden doorgegeven aan hun. Ons vlucht was niet vertraagd. We moesten bij de boeking vluchtnr, vertrekdatum en vertrekuur doorgeven. Het was een nachtvlucht en hierdoor zijn we om 2 uur snachts geland. Zij beweren dat ze de dag voordien aanwezig waren op de luchthaven. Dat we dat zo zouden doorgegeven hebben. Het is niet logisch, omdat we zelf nog niet vertrokken waren met het vliegtuig. Het noodnr ( whatts app) was ook niet bereikbaar. We waren 118 euro kwijt aan transfers. Want ze zijn ons ook niet komen halen aan het hotel. We hebben dus taxi’s moeten nemen voor op ons hotel te geraken en terug op de luchthaven. Dit heeft ons nog eens 120 euro gekost.
