The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This tour operator is a bunch of professionals who know what they do. Extremely reliable, transparent; dedicated to their job. I have spent an amazing 5 days safari tour with Freddy as a driver.
The prior organisation with Jacob was outstanding and I highly doubt any review which asserts the opposite. I can only just recommend these guys.

Booked safari with Jacob, he CONFIRMED the price by our route and AFTER he received DEPOSIT he started to INCREASE the price: "We request you to add $160 so as to make a booking", after he said price for Flying Doctor Insurance is increased and we have to pay extra or go WITHOUT insurance. I asked for a refund, he said I have to request it from the card processor but card processor stated it's the merchant have to request a refund, later he sent refund request to WRONG email, it's looks very unprofessional. Just waste my time on communication, refund finally received. Very disappointed!
