I had a wonderful experience with Skylink Safaris, which was recommended to me by a friend at the United States Embassy in Tanzania. I went on a five day private safari to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. Zulfikar arranged for my accommodations, which were very comfortable with helpful, friendly service. My guide Amani was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with during our long drives.

We just finished a great safari through skylink tours. The day trip to Mikumi is daunting (0400-2100) but if you're short on time and in Dar, a can't miss experience. Just know you'll be traveling all day and prepare accordingly with books and games for the car ride.
Hassan, our driver, was on time to pick us up at 0400 with water and everything we needed on hand. He is an expert driver and always had us feeling at ease. His knowledge of the area was invaluable, answering all our questions.
If you are looking for a great tour company and guide, ask for Hassan through Skylink.

I just went on a 3 day 2 night trip from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi Park- what an awesome experience!! My driver Hassan was so knowledgeable of the animals we saw and of the park! His mission was to help us see as many amazing animals as possible and he succeeded!! We saw lions( with little babies!), elephants, hippos, zebras, giraffes, water buffalo,a python, and countless others! We stayed at a motel nearby and the food was sufficient. I was very grateful for Hassan’s safe driving in transporting us from Dar and back with lots of traffic. He also picked out a wonderful stand to stop and get some mangos at when I got a craving for some after seeing the beautiful mango trees lining the road we were driving on. Bring some hand sanitizer and toilet paper, be prepared to rough it alittle bit but enjoy an incredible trip seeing some gorgeous landscapes and animals. I am taking more family members on a safari in May and I will definitely utilize Skylink Safaris again! Many thanks to Kapande Hassan for giving us a memorable trip!!!
