During the morning our catering boat has gone on ahead to prepare a delicious barbeque lunch, which is served on teak picnic tables set up beneath the shade of some tamarind trees. Lunch is a traditional Zanzibari buffet and includes grilled fish, slipper lobster, squid, chicken, rice, tamarind and coriander sauces which are all served hot from the grill. A gastronomic fruit tasting follows with a selection of between 10 to 15 different tropical fruits. Cold drinks are available throughout the day and include mineral water, sodas and beer. Coffee and Amarula liqueur are also served after lunch.

Traveler pickup is offered

Traveler pickup is offered at Old Fort, Mizingani Rd, Zanzibar, Tanzania. We can arrange transport for guests staying out of Stone town with extra cost they have to incur , but we meet all our guests in stone town.

I highly recommend Serengeti adventure and travel., they have different and diverse trips and a very professional and welcoming team. We reserved with them 2 trips and all of them were unique and amazing.

We initially booked for the Safari ocean tour and then opted for them to do airport transfers and Stone Town tour, Mnemba Island and Kuza Cave. Geoffrey was friendly and gave us insight into the entire island as we drove around! He was very accommodating and managed to tailor the tours for us as we did not want to everything. Geoffrey and team made our trip stress free and ensured we were happy and even accommodated us with vegetarian food! Will recommend him to everyone including friends and family going to the island ????.

Wonderful full day trip from Nungwi , Geoffrey arranged the hotel pick up to fumba island. The snorkelling was amazing with many different fish colours.
