Definitely a scam. We paid and confirmed our time. We waited 15 minutes. Nobody picked us up or answered. We had to find our own way there.

Pour commencer le guide est arrivé avec 1h30 de retard. j'ai dû faire environ 1h de visite voir moins... L'endroit est certes très beau mais sur l'annonce il était écrit 3h de visite... Payer 80€ pour ça, je trouve que c'est vraiment cher..

It was such a pleasant experience! They organised a driver for us who told us some of the history of Zanzibar on our way into the town and then the tour itself was very good and our guide was very patient with us and took so many photos for us.
