Ilen and Amar, our guide and driver, were awesome! They were very accommodating. We had not eaten breakfast and they took us to a great restaurant on the way. The description for this tour states “visit starfish beach” but it is not a beach. We snorkeled to see the starfish. We were able to hold some though and that was great. We just expected to be on a beach with starfish. The description also says that “snorkeling at blue lagoon is stunning, the island itself is a breeding ground for turtles”. We did not go to an island. Nor did we see turtles or dolphins. The Rock lunch was very delish. Paje beach was very pretty. Just beware that the locals will try to sell you things constantly! They are very pushy. Also the hotels will not serve you drinks or let you use bathrooms unless you are a guest there.

Es war ein herrlicher Tag. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Anschließend ging es zu einer Bootsfahrt. Hier konnten wir wirklich Seesterne in vielen bunten Farben bewundern. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Mittagessen hatten wir im „The Rock Restaurant“, das bei Flut nur mit dem Boot erreicht werden kann. Das Essen dort war vorzüglich. Danach folgte noch ein Halt am sehr quirligen Paje-Strand. Diesen Ausflug können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
