This entire day tour will allow you to get to the base of the summit craters of the Etna; the ascent to the summit will be performed either by cableway and off-road vehicles (on the South-East side of Etna) or by off-road vehicles only (on the North-East side of Etna). Once at the summit, you will enjoy an easy hike at the base of the summit craters accompanied by our naturalistic expert and a volcanological guide. Afterwards, you will explore the incredible volcanic underground by visiting one of the striking volcanic cave of the Etna, and then, after a lunch based on local typical products, you will visit the amusing Alcantara Gorges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Etna Summit and Alcantara Tour. Both sites were truly beautiful to experience and the winery lunch was delicious.

Absolutely brilliant tour! My friend (the 2 Jills!) and I were on this part walking tour and lunch/wine tasting in the middle of October. Our guide Guiseppe was first class! He was very knowledgeable and made the whole day great fun! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this trip. It is maybe not the cheapest Etna trip on offer, but you get what you pay for and this was worth the money for sure!

We had a wonderful time touring Etna with this company. Our guide, Daniele, was friendly and knowledgeable. The mountain was amazing and our guide for that portion was also great! Our lunch was delicious and the Gorge was beautiful. Overall, an excellent day!
