Escape the commercial resorts of the Costa Dorada and experience the real Spain, whilst enjoying downhill, freewheeling, cycling fun in the stunning Mountains of Cataluyna. The guides and minibuses will collect you for the short journey to the beautiful Mont Sant national park. Once there we willl provide you with bikes & helments. This is a family friendly excursion and suitable for any cycling ability as it's all downhill on quite, safe, smooth tarmac roads.

    Short practise run to allocate bikes and to go through some safety instructions.

  • Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant, La Morera de Montsant, Spain
    After the practice run our airconditioned minibuses driven by our guides will take you up into the mountains. It's an approx. 20 min ride. From the top of the mountain you will take a downhill bike run on paved roads with very little traffic. On your way down you will pass through some small rural villages and take in the beautiful scenery.

This was so enjoyable from start to finish. I was picked up at 9.30 at my hotel. Everything was well organized and the other people on the cycle were very friendly. I would highly recommend this down hike cycling trip.

Enjoyable cycling with nice scenery but too much hanging around either side of cycling so difficult for young children.

We stayed in La Pineda for half term, and were looking for something different to do. This came up, and we decided to try it. It did not disappoint. The booking was straightforward, and we were picked up punctual outside our hotel. We were a family of 4, 2 kids: 13 and 10 years old. We were a bit anxious at first, and had a few whines from the 10 year old, but in the end, this was the highlight of our holiday. 5 star all round! We all loved every minute of it. We learned about Catalan culture too. We were taken on a small tour of an Olive oil place too at the end. There were opportunities to have photos taken, and spring water was provided for everyone. Absolutely top! Thank you for a memorable experience. A*
