I warmly thank the people who have given me the contact details of the Guide with whom we have just spent 13 days in Uzbekistan. It was our first experience with a local Guide spotted on the forums. As one person we met in Nurata told me: "with local agencies and guides we always found more than we expected". I fully agree with that remark! Thanks to our English and French Guide Qahramon Tashtemirov and the Salom-travel agency in Samarkand who has adapted to our wishes and allowed us to alternate discoveries of the great historical sites and hikes in the mountains in the north and south of the country!

Bonjour, Je voudrai pousser un coup de gueule. Que ce soit sur l'agence ou j'aie réservé mon voyage, et mes plusieurs tentatives envers boomerang de contactes. Téléphone ou mail. Silence radio, aucunes politesses de retour. Mon voyage se déroule bientôt. Au départ bien renseigné dirigé. Je retourne chercher mon carnet de voyage et je lui fais une remarque au sujet de mes 7 heures d'attente à Istanbul. En lui disant qu'un geste commercial serait du plus juste, afin de m allouer une chbre d'hôtel à la l'aéroport. Qu'est ce que j'aie pas dit là !!!!!! Vs partez seule, c'est normal que ce soit cher, c'est soit disant moi qui a choisi l' horaire de l'avion etc etc...... Le voyage coûte tt de même plus de 3300 euros !!!! Ne pas oublier que ce sont les gens comme moi, qui payes les salaires etc etc Devant téléphone pour plus de renseignements sur le déroulé de ce circuit arrivant ds l'après-midi, me faisant louper une visite du matin. C'est tt ce qu'elle a demandé, faisant la sourde oreille, en prétextant que je n'avais rien à prétendre !!!! J'espère que cette fois, j'aurais un retour de votre part. Et non silence radio. Vs remerciant. Bonne journée.
