I did the 5 day private tour from Tibilisi to Ushiguli. What makes me review it as excellent is the concern and commitment of Daviti and his father to provide the best experience possible on this trip to enjoy unforgettable moments through Georgia. Regarding private tour, my recommendation is to discuss and make clear beforehand the type of accommodation and places you want to travel because so you can choose a route within what you want.
