We were very well received, and took off for a week in a beautiful place, very clean, with very helpful and attentive staff. In the entertainment team we were well received by the duo Micky and Aldo and also the friends with whom the atmosphere was great. The restaurant with its buffet was always busy. The à la carte restaurant was at a very high standard and has very good memories.

Just a very quick review of the security staff (well one member of the staff).
What a ridiculously rude person, how someone with his complete lack of manners has this position is beyond me.
On arrival there was someone showing everyone how to use the new passport scanners, that person was great. The next person actually checking the passports well let's just say his parents have done a terrible job. When I handed him my passport grabbed it out of my hand stamped it and literally threw it back at me. At that point there was no queue as I was first through so he was under no pressure to keep any queue moving.
I do hope his supervisor finds out about his attitude problem.
I did speak to some other passengers at the baggage claim who said he had done the same to them.
I have to say everyone else I came into contact with at the airport were fine.
He obviously does not realise that without tourists Tenerife would be not much more than a baron island with very little there.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
