For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Good quality bikes and great service. Bosch motors on the bikes - they move! Very friendly and was happy to meet us anywhere.

Bikes are all in great condition, long lasting battery life (multiple days). Road over 20km with no problems ???? Owner is extremely friendly and helpful
