You have been wondering what all this acroyoga-craze is about? Why is it becoming more and more popular? How would you do it? Could you do it? Of course you could! Join us for a class to try it out to see for yourself that YOU CAN DO IT : ) In our class you will wake up your inner child. There will be games and laughs and of course pretty poses. You will not only spend these hours in great company practicing acroyoga. Acroyoga is something that builds trust, communication, self-esteem and cooperation. Learning a few basic postures and movements you can connect to and understand yourself and each other more. Achieving something that might seem impossible at first sight will leave you with a sense of success and peace. And best of all, you can take this experience with you and re-live it once back home. Beata and Miguel are great instructors (Acrosence). They taught us step by step. They tested our level and adjusted the content which we could challenge. They even knew our weakness and let us know the method. Also, they took many photos for us with nice environment. Hope we could meet them again in future. We thank so much for their instruction.
