Do not book this experience. My boyfriend and I booked this experience for around 120$. We got a confirmation and ticket on it with 2 PM. At 12, the guy called us to tell us to be at the front of the hotel. Clearly this was two hours early and completely unexpected. My boyfriend and I were not ready to go and 20 minutes from the hotel but planned to be back by 2, when we were supposed to be picked up. When I called to complain, Viator told me that the tourguide refused to refund us, even though he showed up at the wrong time. We paid for 2 PM!!!! Then I called the tourguide directly and the manager told me that Viator was the one refusing to refund us. I called Viator back and they claimed there was nothing they could do. Overall, this ruined part of our trip because we had no other activity planned that afternoon and really just killed the fun we were wanting to have. We also never got refunded and clearly someone has our money / is lying. AWFUL.
