The supplier will reconfirm by email the exact pickup time, and pickup place, which might not be exactly at your hotel, but close by. Make sure you check your spam if you haven't received this information.

We loved the wine tasting and the meal was amazing but we were picked up from our hotel at 7:15 am and then went via many other hotels to collect guests before passing our hotel again en route to the first visit point. We arrived at the first visit point at 11:45 a journey of less than an hour from our hotel. That was disappointing

Value for money and everything went smoothly. Wines were ok. I recommend this tour if you want to make things easy for you and just book a day where every activity is already planned. Interesting to learn more about the wines of Tenerife. A good bonus was that we stopped for 1 1/2h in San Christobal de la Laguna.
