We had a wonderful day in Teotihucan! All the representatives of My Quest Concierge we dealt with were helpful, responsive and personable. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The view of the temples from the hot air balloon was unbelievable and our guide Garbine was perfect. She was attentive to our needs, easygoing, and a human encyclopedia! We could not have asked for more! We highly recommend this trip.

I fell very fortunate to have Garby as my tour guide to visit the pyramids. Her knowledge is impressive. Her people skills are outstanding. Everything ran on time without any rushing. The van was new and spacious. We were a group of 14 and she made personal connections with each one of us. At the end of the tour she felt more like a friend showing us her amazing city than a guide. Make sure you ask for her, you won’t regret it. P.S she was soo good, we ask the tour company to send her again for another tour the following day.
