The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We really enjoyed the cruise, Shaun gave a very informative presentation and we learnt a lot. We stopped and had to get off at Greenwich Pier for 25 minutes. We chose to get back on for the return trip.
The return trip was three hours.
There is a little take away shop and toilet onboard.

I’m very disappointed by what happened during my recent experience with City Cruises at Greenwich Pier.
As we were about to board, two City Cruises staff members — a tall local-looking man in his 30s and a young woman — were managing the gate. They smiled and greeted every white passenger before and after us, but when it came to me and my companion (who are not white), they looked at us and said nothing.
This wasn’t a mistake or moment of distraction — it was deliberate. Their behavior was cold and silent toward us, while they warmly greeted others. It was a clear act of subtle racism, and it made us feel invisible.
We paid the same fare and came for the same experience. This kind of racial bias has no place in London tourism. I hope City Cruises takes this seriously and ensures all staff treat every guest with equal respect.

Staff acts like they did you a favor by narrating some sights and then puts on a hard sell for a tip when you disembark. If you Google this you can see it’s been going on for years. Boat ride itself was nice but overall experience was unpleasant
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
