Frederik was great. He’s a Bologna native and really understands Bologna. He knows a lot of restaurant owners and where to go. He provides a bit of history as well. This is a good one to book as soon as you get in town

Our tour with Frederik was fantastic. It was just the three of us with him and Frederik reached out to us ahead of time and asked if we had any special requests. During the tour he shared the history of Bologna and the markets and shared the traditions behind the various stores and specialty foods. We had more than enough to eat and everything was delicious. It was a very special day and felt like we were traveling with another friend. We all recommend this tour very highly!
