This was some of the best food that we ate during our time in Peru. Our guide, Fabrizio, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took us to places outside of the main tourist areas. The adobo was our group favorite! He also went above and beyond during our tour to help us recover our missing luggage by trying to contact the airline and helping us arrange transportation to and from the airport. We would absolutely recommend a tour with Fabrizio!

This was an excellent tour, and Fabrizio was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable host! He was able to adapt the tour to the different foods that we were interested in trying, and we really appreciated his flexibility. We were able to try several different foods, including pork adobo soup, anticuchos (beef hearts), River trout, and Cuy (Guinea pig), which was definitely a highlight of the day! The cuy restaurant Fabrizio took us to was fantastic, and even though my mom was terrified to try the cuy at first, she really enjoyed it. Everything we tried was well seasoned and flavorful, and the portions were huge. Come hungry! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time with Reynaldo. He was friendly, thoughtful and really showed us a great variety of sites and food (juices, corn, roasted chicken (Pollos a la Brasca), Alpaca burgers, tamales and more). He even gave us a choice for our last tasting between dessert or craft beer (we chose the latter). Overall, we all agreed that it was a wonderful night. We would highly recommend Reynaldo - the guide, the artist and the chef. It really was like walking around the city core with a local friend.
