You will be learn how to make pasta from a professional Chef with experience in Michelin star restaurants. I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy ("La bottega del buon caffè" "Cestello Ristoclub" "Sotto sale ristorante Favignana") and in London ( "Maze by Gordon Ramsey" Pied a terre"). All i know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of the authentic Italian pasta. I will bring you in a word that lead away and I will show you every secret of making Italian Pasta.

What an amazing time. We had fun! We had wine! We ate GREAT food! We learned from a great chef how to make so many pastas. His sauces were delicious and he really knows how to get people engaged. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s traveling to Florence. Better than walking through another museum, you get to participate and eat great food.
