I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy ("La bottega del buon caffè" "Cestello Ristoclub" "Sotto sale ristorante Favignana") and in London ( "Maze by Gordon Ramsey" Pied a terre"). All i know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of the authentic Italian pasta. What an exceptional evening with my wife on her birthday learning how to make and cook pasta. I would totally recommend this cooking class for all those wanna be cooks. We had a great evening and will for sure be doing it again with a different recipe.

Great class with a great chef. We made 3 different kinds of pasta that ultimately went into 3 different dishes. I learned a lot, and the pasta dishes we made and are were great.

The class was a fun and enjoyable experience with lots of practical cooking tips and recipes for making pasta Chef Davida was exceptional and made this hands on class the best I have been to- everyone felt by the end that they were a master pasta maker. He was entertaining, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend this class or any other class with him. We all had a great time- and the wine helped!
