We thought, "are you kidding, is this a joke?" This was an absolute waste of time and a lot of money

This tour was incredible. John was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Williamsburg. His stories and insights made the history come alive for us so that when we went back to go inside key places later, we had a much deeper appreciation for what we were seeing. I would suggested John’s tour to anyone looking to get deeper insights and appreciation for the history of this community.
However, if you can find a way to find John Sutton of Williamsburg Private Tours outside of TA, I would. They were not timely in paying him and up charge over $300 for what he normally charges for the tour. So wonderful experience with John; not a good experience with the transaction process through TA.
