Driver ended route at stop 41 where we needed to go to stop 42. We had to uber to get there at a cost. This was extremely unprofessional

We took the pass for 3 attractions but the one of them didn’t work and it shows an error message. We couldn’t complete the all the attractions so us there any reimbursement that would be great.

As London streets were very busy and the bus takes a long time to get around we didn’t stay on the bus for the full route, but we did very much enjoy doing the London Eye and river cruise so I feel it was worth the price.
