The experience was good except the requirement to obtain the tickets for the London eye at the reception. Apparently the QR code provided is through 3rd party and requires us to redeem them to get the London eye tickets. The Big Bus Hop in Hop off didn't have regular busses, we had to wait for more than an hour and take a taxi to get to the next destination. The river cruise was excellent with love commentary from one of the crew members.

Horrible experience- the drivers are super rude & ask you to get off randomly. The wait times for the buses are very long- wasted a lot of time. The cruise is one way and not the complete circuit and is not mentioned in the description is quite misleading.

We were on a schedule and when we got to the eye it shut down ( “ for unforeseen circumstances “) The we waited forever and then were on route that didn’t even take us to main attractions
