We booked the tour with mad Alice due to the reviews on here ..and we absolutely got it right . The stories ,the connections ,the way she wraps it up in a funny ,educational and fully engaging manner is the greatest delight. The time passed so quickly due to it being such well delivered and Alice is very much interested in the audience taking part ..she certainly knows her crowd by name .. The best tour by the best guide ,bloody marvellous .thank you Alice

From start to finish it was brilliant. We learned a lot about Yorks history in a fun and informative way. Alice went out of her way to interact with the audience and ensure everyone was involved and she spoke to everyone at some point. She is good at remembering names. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Alice is very knowledgeable and we felt she got it just right . Some very poignant and sad stories as well as funny moments. Recommended.
