We had a wonderful evening learning Italian cooking from Luca! The day we booked the class was just my family so we had many chances for hands on experience. For this class, we made tiramisu, ravioli, and spaghetti. Luca was great at teaching and was very patient with my young daughter. Afterwards, we had a nice dinner with his family. Luca was also able to make restaurant recommendations and showed us where we could purchase a pasta machine. He also shared a website with his recipes. This was a wonderful and unique experience for my family.

Luca and his family were so warm and lovely! Luca was very patient and gave us many tips on how to successfully make our dishes. This experience was definitely a highlight of our trip and we’ll never forget it!

A must do with friends/family when in Florence. You prepare your own authentic Italian meal, enjoy wine/prosecco and then eat with Chef Luca in his home. We took our class with 4 kids (8 to 12 years old) and 4 adults and each of us talked for days about how we'd love to do it again. Luca took time to teach the kids and get them involved as well as sharing more details and family secrets with the adults. Cooking with Luca and then sitting and eating with him was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence.
