Our driver was awesome, funny, and he was very accommodating to our group but this tour is more of a transportation service and not an educational tour of ancient Corinth. Think of this tour package as a driver who can answer basic questions between points A and B and then drops you off to explore. The canal was cool, and worth a 10 minute stop for coffee and a bathroom break. The ancient ruins of Corinth were awesome but the driver stayed in his car and we we left to explore on our own. There is an admission fee that must be paid separately. It would have been awesome to have someone with us explaining the ruins, the artifacts in the museum, culture, and the Early Christian Church like we had on walking tours of Athens and Thessaloniki. The visit to the grounds of where Priscilla and Aquila lived was cool as there is a Church there now. Overall, it was a nice experience but we didn't get much added value of the history of Corinth and the early Christian Church. If I did the tour again, I would hire an expert in Corinth history to accompany us in the van.
