    Booked this for 48hr pass got to first attraction app would not work I printed so we used print out jumped on bus at 1pm to be told we could only use till 5.30pm that day I said no we paid for 48 hrs I message company 5 days later still no reply message on Facebook and then email and still nothing Was told we could upgrade our bus tickets for 10e each we did this and carried on our tour we passes accepted in some places but we had to keep upgrading

    GoCity varies from city to city and the Dublin pass is only useable on the day that you use it. Which is a sentence you will find in the 32 page contract of Terms and Conditions. For example, if you use it at 2 PM on a Tuesday then it will expire at midnight on that same Tuesday for a 1 day pass, not 24 hours. So BE VERY CAREFUL how you plan your trip because if call them then you will receive a customer service agent from a foreign country who will not be able to help you. My fiancé and I certainly lost a lot of money on this mistake of a purchase but it also ruined several of our plans we had for Dublin. I hope this reaches others before you make this same mistake because apparently it happens ALL THE TIME and they will just pocket the money without any hesitation. Be careful out there!!!

    Paid for a 2 day pass and the bus driver on the second day said it only applied to the first day. Had to pay for another 24 hour extention for 20 euros... no reason to pay in advance for any tour, as you can pay at the bus stops easily and pick the one that comes most frequently
