We had Donald as our tour guide and he was amazing. Obviously a seasoned guide who tone and delivery was bang on.

This was a very organized, well-paced, nicely-executed tour. They maintained a good sized group and we heard great, engaging stories by our tour guide, Kyle.

Our family of four (including sons ages 11 and 13) were disappointed in this tour and left the tour after an hour. First, the check in is ridiculous. We were asked to arrive at 7:45 for the 8pm tour and did so. There were about 200 people in line waiting to check in. They count thirty people to a guide (yep groups of 30!) and then send you off. Instead of standing in line we decided to sit and wait until a lot of groups left. So around 8:05 we got our group and it was about 18 people and I start thinking we lucked out with a bunch of no shows and therefore a smaller group. Nope, instead we got all the late arrivals and the guide had to stop and start over and over again. We finally got going at 8:20. The guide was fine, nothing special. The stories were not scary or gory as promised in her intro. I wonder if we would have had a better experience in a tour that asks kids to be 16 and older or a smaller group. I am reviewing because I booked this tour based on the TA reviews and I would say they led me astray this time.
