The actual ride itself was smooth. London at night looks spectacular. The entertainment was good. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall my family and I enjoyed the evening experience!!!!

I have always wanted to do a river cruise and this did not disappoint. Food, ambiance, views were all amazing! Highly recommended to see London from a different angle and to kick back and relax.
