My tour guide didn’t show up, and it was impossible to find someone to talk to about it — one number answered with a recording in Swedish and the other said it no longer worked. They have said they will give a refund, but that alone hardly seems adequate recompense for a complete failure to provide the promised service.

Fantastic experience by incredibly knowledgeable guide. Great pace with a small group allowing for an interactive and personalized tour.

Our guide didn't show up. We phoned TripAdvisor who had received an email an hour before the meeting to say that they could not honour the booking. Lots of large school groups being guided and we were probably gazumped in favour of a larger group.
