The overall experience was good, the crew were courteous and helpful, the bar staff as well, no issues with boarding or disembarking, and the trip was very enjoyable, with wonderful views. The best way to see the River. BUT BEWARE - the word 'Concessions' does not have its usual meaning here. You need to have a London postcode or Oyster Freedom Pass (only available to London residents). People of 60 and over from other parts of the UK - you will pay full fare!!! I feel this needs to be made MUCH MORE APPARENT on the booking details.
