We were fascinated by the narrative provided by our most informative and passionate guide. AKRIVI was our guide. Her level of knowledge and professorial presentation skill is exceptional and amazing. The description of information was presented as a narrative story with phenomenal detail. This tour provided the perspective of history and mythology of the Minoan Civilization capturing and exceeding my wildest expectations. I have had fascination with the Minoan Civilization as my Papou was born in Santorini. Thank you for spurring further fascination and desire to do my own further research and reading. We enjoyed touring the Knossos Palace with our wonderful guide, Akrivi. She was so knowledgeable about the site and the history and the Greek mythology - a gifted story telling who brought the ruins to life. She seemed to love her job and her enthusiasm was truly enjoyable. We followed up our tour with a visit to the Archaeological Museum in Heraklion where we saw some of the original pieces from Knossos. After seeing the reproductions at the palace, that was a delight. A great tour! Well done, Akrivi!
