A visit to the museum includes family-friendly and interactive exhibitions and an immersive ride on Mail Rail, London’s secret Post Office underground railway.

    Even better than the Debrecen Postamúzeum. Mail rail is very slickly presented, & is fascinating. There's also a functioning vacuum tube delivery system.

    We had a great time - especially enjoyed the trip on the Mail Rail and its interactive videos at the stations enroute. Staff were helpful and friendly and didn’t have to queue long. Would go back again using the year long ticket and pay the £6 upgrade for the mail rail again.

    I had need this day out advertised on social media and thought it looked really good so I booked the tickets on line before our visit to London. We queued up in the line before it opened then got out tickets scaned and made our way to the train ride. We all enjoyed the tide on the postal train the ride was really good and the videos that were played on the ride were great. We then did arts and crafts then made our way over the road to the museum. We had a quick drink and a bite to eat in the cafe then headed to the second part of the museum. It was really good the see how the postal service had changed over the past. We all thought it was a great day out its well worth the visit
