It was a fantastic tour with our guide Martha. Great insights into areas you wouldn't find as tourists. Enthusiastic and proud of Venetian history. Highly recommend this tour

This was a deeply disappointing experience. First off, they changed our tour time to 2 hours sooner, saying that option shouldn’t have been available, when they willfully accepted the reservation. I was very concerned by change in time as we were flying directly into Venice from US and delays are very possible. I shared this concern with them and they assured me they would accommodate any challenges. With this assurance, I agreed to the change. But we ended up being delayed by 30mins, rushed from airport to hotel to leave luggage and began the tour. Had no time to catch our breath. After all this, the guide literally left us after 1 1/2 hrs saying he has another engagement. Only thing of note was a quick view of the Jewish Ghetto, that wasn’t included in the main tour. The only reason I booked this tour was so we get a view of “off the beaten path” Venice which I hoped would be an authentic experience. Instead, it was literally an extremely poorly done, condensed version of some of the same places in the tour we had next day. I reached out to Leonardo who was coordinating with us to share this concern and got no response. Given this subpar experience, I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
