Really good atmosphere great service and drinks. We had a lovely evening staff were very friendly. lovely location to enjoy a drink after a day out on the island.

If you are looking for a good time on a Friday night in Saint Lucia, then you can definitely depend on the Gros Islet Street Party. The party is on and poppin' every single Friday, rain or shine, EXCEPT Good Friday. First of all, don't get handled by these hotels and tour companies. If you are staying in the Gros Islet area, public transportation runs late and very frequently, so you can get the party for $2 EC or less, depending on where you are staying.Check Google Maps to see if you are any where near the Castries-Gros Islet Highway. If you are, the 1A bus goes straight to the party. If you return after 11pm, the buses will charge everyone a flat rate of $5 EC. Go early, around 8:30pm, and have a delicious fish dinner outdoors at Duke's. Then walk over one block to the heart of the action. The DJ will get the party jumping in the streets, and the music doesn't stop until 2am. There are several tourists and locals out there, so contrary to what your hotel clerk will tell you, you don't have to worry about being alone. In addition, there are many police officers on duty to keep things safe. There are several food vendors and minibars set up along the street, so food and drinks are always an arm's reach away. You can also take care of some of your souvenir shopping with the vendors selling handmade items and other St. Lucia paraphernalia. The street party should certainly be on your to-do list for Saint Lucia.

The tour guide never confirmed our booking, had to call the company on the day of the tour and spoke to a lady who seemed surprised that we had booked this tour and needed to be picked up that day. After asking for our names she finally confirmed our booking but still wasn't sure when someone would be picking us up.we had already started working on plan B when she finally called a few hrs before the party and sent someone to pick us up. Would recommend going to the party but a different driver
