The Ultimate Beatles Tour Experience in Liverpool.

A lovely day out visiting the Beatles locations in Liverpool, the driver Jimmy really made it special as he not only had great knowledge of the subject but was also an excellent impressionist. He was able to do all four Beatles and Ozzy Osbourne! Recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! The car is fantastic (it’s of the era) and the guide Jimmy was simply delightful - very knowledgeable and funny! Highly highly recommend even if you’re not a massive Beatles fan! Couple of practical tips if you’re a bit of an anxious perfectionist like me: 1) don’t freak out if you don’t get any other emails apart from your tickets - you’re all good. 2) the phone number on the ticket is outdated so don’t be surprised if you get a confused response!

Firstly, we had our tour reserved in advance for August 9, when we were to arrive in Liverpool by cruise. Upon arriving in Liverpool, that morning, we got an email saying that our tour was canceled. I called, to find out that the driver was sick. This left us nothing to do for half the day, which was not great. We were coming back to Liverpool 2 weeks later, so they rescheduled our tour for August 21. We thought we were booking a private tour for my wife and myself, but found out that there was another couple waiting that was in our car. The other couple was a surprises us that it was not private. The issue was, that the car was so uncomfortable. There was no room for the four of us in the back, so one of us had to sit in the front. In the back of the car, the bench seat was so uncomfortable as you sunk right in. The floor of the car is all ripped up And both the floor and seat can certainly use a replacement. Also, the windows do not open. The driver by the name of Jimmy was excellent. He told us a lot of stories and brought us to many locations listed on the tour. We were not able to go into any of the stops, like Strawberry fields, etc. If the car was to be refurbished, it would change my opinion of the tour, because the tour was good, and the driver was excellent. The main issue, is the condition of the vehicle! another thing is, that this company is extremely difficult to get in touch with, and they don’t get back to you. It takes a few requests before they get back to you. Due to the condition of the vehicle, and because they left us with nothing to do for the first half day we were in Liverpool, I asked for a 50% refund, and I have never heard back from them.
