Vatican lines were unbelievably long. This is the only way to see museum, Sistine chapel and basilica. Only line was a short wait to go through security for museum. Whole process was flawless. Guide was knowledgeable. He explained all the important items. Head sets worked excellantly. Skipping what was a 3 hour line for the basilica alone was worth the price.

The Vatican museum area was extremely crowded because the lines were so long in the bathroom. The tour got off to an extremely late start because of the crowds we had to move very slowly and we ended up having to leave the tour for two reasons. Reason one was the guide’s headset kept cutting out, and we were only hearing part of what she was saying And reason we had plans for later that afternoon that if we had stayed with the tour, we would have missed. We took seven tours on this trip and by far this was the most disappointing experience we had.
