We are expert mountain bikers, mountain bike racers and guides. This mountain bike experience will take you to the best trails above Athens, with amazing view over the city and the Acropolis. Ymittos mountain has more than 20 trails for any skills level and we are going to design the perfect ride for you. Fast trails, jumpy trails, technical trails , downhill tracks...we have them all. Weather is mostly good over here and we ride the all year in shorts. You will be surprised how good the riding is over here in Athens.

Our family of 5 had an opportunity to ride with Alessio Toninelli on Mount Ymittos. We had a range of riders from the oldest with a life-long love of all things bike to our littlest at age 10. We were kitted out with sweet bikes (I loved the ride and feel of my size Med full suspension Mondraker on 27.5 wheels with a dropper post), helmets, and gloves. Climbing didn’t feel taxing (even if the kids had to be bribed with gelato for the last stretch ????) and no one was too gassed for a full afternoon of touring Athens by foot even after the ride. We had beautiful scenery around every corner and enjoyed the company, conversation and guidance of Alessio. The trails were navigable with enough flow and technical terrain to prevent anyone from being bored and helped each rider feel proud of their adventure at the end of the day. What an awesome opportunity to enjoy a shared passion on a trip of a lifetime for our family and connect with fellow mountain bike enthusiasts so far from home. I am so grateful we had beautiful weather, Alessio prepared and had gear for the whole range of family members (mom, dad, 15 & 12 yo boys and 10 yo girl) to not only feel comfortable but really enjoy the day. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND - in fact I URGE you to get on a bike and on the trails to enjoy the local scene. Alessio was easy to communicate with, prompt in responses and had recommendations for local sights and food stops also - which is so helpful!!!! If we ever get a chance to be back in the neighborhood I would absolutely look up Ride Greece to participate in and enjoy their other tours!!

Alesia is an amazing guide! He will tailor the trip to your level, and is a darn good rider himself! He made this super easy too, even picked me up at my hotel. I rode on the Imottos trails, and was blown away by the views & difficulty. A great time was had!

It was an excellent tour with an excellent guidance of alessio the bike and the trails were great and I highly recommend Excellent experience !
