With an official guide We will follow in the footsteps of Isabel la Católica, a woman who was capable of changing the destiny of Spain.   • It is prohibited to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm. A free left-luggage service is made available to visitors upon presentation of the official ticket for the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Puerta del Vino. However, due to the limitation of units, these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
