Accompanied by an expert official guide, we will discover the beauty of an ancient city like Granada and the Alhambra, which shelters as much history as legends of its inhabitants. This monumental complex includes El Generalife, summer residence of the sultans, the Nasrid palaces in their entirety and the Alcazaba (military part of the citadel). Once we finish, we will go down to the city through the Puerta de la Justicia and continue along the old medieval access that led to the heart of the city, where we will continue our route through the old woodcutters' square (now the new square), leaning out to the façade of the Royal Chancery. We will also see the exteriors of Santa Ana. We will enter the lower Albaicín and we will walk through its tea houses; Finally, we will continue through the old silk market, the Alcaicería, also visiting the exteriors of the Royal Chapel and the Cathedral of Granada, to end up enjoying a good snack.

  • It is prohibited to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm. A free left-luggage service is made available to visitors upon presentation of the official ticket for the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Puerta del Vino. However, due to the limitation of units, these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Geweldige guided Tour verzorgd door Borge. Hij heeft geschiedenis gestudeerd en wist werkelijk op alle vragen over Alhambra antwoord te geven. Kon alles in begrijpbare taal uitleggen, ondersteund met afbeeldingen en video’s op zijn eigen telefoon, dit maakte de Tour extra bijzonder.

They changed the tour time on us, without letting us know properly, to 2 hours earlier. They said that they whatsapp messaged us about the time. But we were never notified that they'd be messaging us through whatsapp, so why would we even check the whatsapp application. It never said it on the booking page or via the confirmation email. All communication was sent via email, so we never were made aware to be looking for any communication through whatsapp. So something as important as a change in start time, you would think they would send it to all communication methods, such as email, phone, etc, so the customer would be aware of such change. So because of this, we missed our tour and could not even buy general admission tickets at the gate, since entrance tickets have been sold out for months. And they were not at all accommodating to get us on another tour. Very rude when we called to try and get in the next day. And we were not the only people that day that didn't get in. There were two other groups that were not notified as well that day. And they had the same experience as us with the company, which was very bad. I wish I read through these comments before booking, as it seems more people have had bad experiences with this company as well. Would not recommend using this company for tours. I would buy tickets directly through Alhambra, saving a ton of money as the tour upcharge price is ridiculous compared to the general admission price.

I took a guided tour. The guide was very kind, friendly, helpful towards everyone (the group was mixed in age and health needs) but still professional. The tour route was very crowded in certain places so I'm not giving it the highest rating for that reason. Overall though it's a great tour where you see and learn a lot about the history of the place so I can say that it is worth it because is very educational.
