    singing from the main characters is great, however overall impact was lack-lustre and the production issues let the production down. Sitting in upper circle, sound was distorted and too loud. Lighting was blaring and harsh flashes of light in our eyes. Was expecting rollicking songs in first half but focus was on domestic violence, I feel it would have been stronger if they'd contrasted the DV more with the rollicking songs. The songs weren't really making the most of Tina's belting energetic performances

    Really some talented actors - especially the one who plays Tina Turner - and especially Tina Turner as a child. The music was really good - highly recommended.

    When we booked this show we weren’t exactly hopeful of a great performance cos Tina Turner is a hard act to emulate. Boy.. were we surprised!! The show was explosive from beginning to end! Lead performer did justice to Tina Turner’s great hit songs. When she danced, we truly believed it was Tina Turner herself. Definitely worth spending the money and time for the show.
