The Peaks of the Balkans are a collection of beautiful and spectacular mountains shared between Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro. In 7 days, you will cross the border multiple times, go from one extraordinary landscape to the other and experience life away from civilization. An adventure exploring some of the most beautiful mountain peaks in the world!

Return Details

East Terminal, Lundër 1, Albania In Tirana, you'll be dropped off at the Bus Terminal; from there, you can make your own way to your hotel by bus or taxi (not included). You

  • Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
  • All participants are responsible for having their own health/travel insurance.
  • Tour’s schedule or itinerary may be affected/adopted due to; weather, Acts of God, labour strikes, bank holidays, site temporary closure/renovation or other external forces outside the Company’s control
  • Private rooms are possible on 40 Euros extra charge per night per room based on availability
  • * You will be carrying your belongings with you during the trek so we recommend you pack lightly. For any excess luggage you will need to book excess luggage transportation or pre arrange luggage storage in Tirana. Luggage transportation during the tour might be possible depending on availability for an additional fee of minimum 770€ (one person) or €385 per person for groups.
  • This tour requires some hiking experience and good physical condition.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    We had a beautiful and challenging trip. The scenery was really great, such beautiful views. We did miscalculate the amounts of elevation in combination with heavy (too heavy) backpacks. That’s why it was quite challenging for us. Although it was self guided we received assistance from Brikena from Choose Balkans. She was always there for us to contact and helped us very well during our trip. Thumbs up to her. We would recommend to book your trip with Choose Balkans.

    Very nice itinerary and well organized tour. The girls took care of the smallest details. Beautiful Albanian alps. Highly recommended!
